Support Our Local NAMI

NAMI  (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is doing amazing things for the mentally ill across the nation. Their support services cover all sorts of needs: a help lineeducation, training and peer supportdiscussion groupssocial networks – on campus supportveterans and military support diversity supportfaith supportmissing persons – and legal support. All of these amazing resources can be found with a simple click of a button.

In order for resources like NAMI to be successful, they need funding from people like you and me. It’s time to get registered for the annual NAMI 5k. I know my family and friends will be running in this fun event this year, September 21st. If you’re in Memphis make sure to register using the link I’ve provided. If you’re not local, NAMI has a presence in every state. Find your state and local NAMI chapter at www.NAMI.org and register today!
